Your workshop: it became apparent very quickly that no-one on the course knew how to make our internal test system work, this was somewhat unexpected and highlighted the fact that our test system is hard to use and setup. it was a shame this was not discovered before the course as it would have meant more progress could have been made in the day and a half allocated. This is a failure on behalf of CSR/Qualcomm, not a reflection in any way on how the course is run.

Better prepared: Moderately

How to improve: the company attending the course should have made sure its employees attending the course were better prepared before the start of the course, I don't know whether this is made clear to the company that its employees would get more out of the legacy workshop if they were better prepared in the first place, its really not rocket science and i'm sure it was probably well pointed out when the course was booked that this would be beneficial for those attending
