The walking skeleton. I have had a hard time not knowing what to add to the tests first, and the walking skeleton makes it super clear what can be done.

I think that there will be pains in making the adjustment, but from what I saw in the mobbing sessions, we have the tools we need to use TDD.
Challenges to applying:
Large legacy codebase means a longer adjustment time to learn how to get monster classes into test harnessing.
