  • Course rating: Excellent
  • Most useful learnings: How to deal with dependency on God classes.
  • Concepts v exercises: Good balance
  • Presentation v discussion: Good balance
  • Course improvements: Have an example legacy class that we will have to work with in the workshop (maybe add it to the light switch on/off problem). As we work through the unit testing, maybe people can think how they can break the legacy class apart.
  • Exercise rating: Excellent
  • Exercise improvements: See above.
  • Instructor comments: James is very attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you for your patience and guidance.
  • Better prepared: Bring it on!
  • Start tomorrow: I am scared to take on some of the mammoths out there, but yeah at-least now I have improved my skill to hunt them down.
  • Challenges to applying: Time! We know what needs to be done but applying it would require time and I don't know if we would always have that.
  • Other comments: It was all good.
