  • Course rating: Very Good
  • Most useful learnings: how to do tdd how to write tests for legacy code
  • Concepts v exercises: Good balance
  • Presentation v discussion: Good balance
  • Course improvements: the slides that we received in pdf to have space next to them for notes.
  • Exercise rating: Very Good
  • Exercise improvements: light scheduler was a bit difficult at the beginning, we had to write both the tests and the code. would have preferred more a driver example with i/o ports that we can learn to spy on and maybe messages being passed to it via an api
  • Instructor comments: James was great, although sometimes jumping between slides which made things difficult to follow.
  • Better prepared: Bring it on!
  • Start tomorrow: yes!
  • Challenges to applying: legacy code filled with custom APIs
  • Other comments: no
