• Course: TDD for Embedded C
  • Date entered: 2025-09-19 13:50:41 UTC
  • Course rating: Excellent
  • Most useful learnings: I was writing unit tests before but not with this methodoly. I have learned how to write test before writing code.
  • Concepts v exercises: Good balance
  • Presentation v discussion: Good balance
  • Course improvements: Perhaps having a real demonstration of implementing a driver on a embedded system using DMA and ISR.
  • Exercise rating: Excellent
  • Exercise improvements: The flash driver is a good exercise, but in general in a Embedded system we have DMA and ISR which would be nice to show how to test them in a driver.
  • Instructor comments: Really good explanations and exercices and very good online tools for the course.
  • Better prepared: Much better
  • Start tomorrow: Yes, we already started to write unit test for our drivers.
  • Challenges to applying: We have existing code.
  • Other comments:
  • Legacy code workshop: No
  • Recommend to others: Yes
  • Quote permission: No
