Most useful learnings: Complete new strategy of how to develop code and a new point of view.

Concepts v exercises: Good balance

Presentation v discussion: Good balance

Course improvements: Sometimes the presentation or demo with the source code of the exercises was a bit too confusing or hard to follow because of too much jumping around in the source code. But maybe it was just because the timing of the course was not so good planned which is not the fault of the course but of the time scheduling itself. The fact that we had meetings in the morning and normal work already half a day and then there a lack of concentration in the evening.

Challenges to applying:

Other comments: The training was fine except the information when and on which time the training starts and how much efford (e.g. watch videos and do "homework") should be given a bit earlier so that the whole days can be blocked and are not already stuffed with meetings and work. Maybe everything could be streched to four days instead of three days.
