Some time schedule with breaks , I prefer more short breaks to refresh the brain :)
In the start if we could have a short introduction of each member would be nice. Especially when we dont know each other from the start.

Yes, I already, but feel I am the only one practising TDD. Feel its impossible to get other people doing TDD. For me it gives a lot of rewards, just unhappy other people cannot see or try it out...
Challenges to applying:
We are in the trap where features are hard to add, so I spent a lot of time refactoring and adding tests. Now we are in a much better state. But since we don't do TDD we are slowly converging to the old state, and I leave it will be the same situation again.
