The very fine grained incremental loop for TDD. I had done a form of TDD but never with the same discipline or structured approach. Typically I did a lot more at once.

I really appreciated the strong focus on exercises throughout. This was a lot more beneficial than just pure theory. The presenter did a good job of keeping it entertaining with lots of real life examples and stories.

Yes, especially for modules without any/significant dependencies. For modules with more complex dependencies, I feel I am equipped to make progress however it will take some time.
Challenges to applying:
Forcing the approach to apply to legacy parts of the codebase.
