Most useful learnings:
How to setup the development tools and workflow for writing test code. I came out with a different mindset for developing in a batches, which is different than the way that I learned to write software.
Concepts v exercises:
Presentation v discussion:
I would have liked to see some pre training day material to get in the mindset and prepare myself for the training.
I think that the exercises are well structured and build us up to using tdd on our own projects.
I liked the pace of the lecture portion and the amount of discussion during the hands on activities. The instructor has a great deal of knowledge and experience.
I feel that I can start utilizing tdd. I will need to continue to practice and learn in order to overcome some of the challenges in getting tests off of the hardware.
Challenges to applying:
Don't see very many.
