Message: Hello James, I am the quality director at Valeo site in Cairo-Egypt. We are a SW center for Valeo. Valeo is automotive tier 1 automotive supplier. I want to organize a technical event in Cairo-Egypt for the SW managers and QA managers in Valeo. In this event I am interested to evaluate the Agile in Embedded. In particular: TDD and Pair Programming. The optimal conclusion is: - Understanding of what is TDD. (general concept of testing before doing, or specific unit testing before coding, etc.) - More than 1 manager is willing to pilot TDD / Pai Programming in their projects. - Assess if Agile can be deployed in Embedded world. - Understanding that Agile is not only Scrum.
