Message: Hello, Dynon Avionics is an embedded hardware/software company, and is about to start its transition to Agile via an intensive 2-day CSM course for all of the development team (Sept 14-15). As the course we are taking is primarily instructional in nature, we anticipate the need for on-site coaching as we integrate Agile into our current business and development processes. To date we have been using a semi-formal dysfunctional waterfall approach, but with a semi-agile (little-A) approach to feature development. We are eager for change and looking to fully embrace Agile. We are located in Woodinville, WA USA (just outside of Seattle). We have a team of about 7-15 that would be involved in the training or coaching, depending on the services we select. The minimum team is comprised of Software Engineers, a Software Architect, and a Software Tester. A few other add-on people may include a Software Team Manager, Product Manager, and a few embedded hardware team members. Currently, our main interests are: * Agile Coaching for embedded development * Test Driven Development with Unit Testing * Refactoring / Design patterns Do you perform these types of services?
