Favorite thing about dev:
I like building out the application, little by little adding features and getting them to work successfully and creatively and then finally having a functioning program that can be seen or interacted with on the user side.
Least favorite thing about dev:
Not knowing how to approach something or wrestling with errors once I've written code and can sometimes spend hours trying to fix it.
Just that it stands for Test-Driven Development and that it seems extremely tedious but necessary to vet software for complete viability.
Why are you attending:
First, because of a referral through Tom Stanton. Second, because I feel that I can't have too many tools in my developer's arsenal.
