Dear Mr. Grenning, I am writing to you to inquire about the possibility of providing technical coaching to my team regarding TDD and its application in the embedded world. As a QA manager with background in firmware development, testing and scrum, I believe your expertise would be invaluable to our progress. I work for a company that produces variable frequency drives, and we have several firmware teams in multiple location that develop embedded software for our products. We have been using agile methods for the past eight years and have recently been working to improve our unit testing environment and practices. I see TDD as a crucial aspect of software development, and we would like to enhance our understanding of its implementation in embedded systems. We've had some agile technical coaching in the past several years ago by Llewelyn Falco, where one of the topics was using TDD. But we've had lots of new people joining after that and due to legacy code issues weren't so ready to adopt TDD practices back then. Now could be a good time to re-introduce the concept with private course and coaching for the teams. Therefore I'm writing to check your availability for the training.
