Hi James We are a team of five embedded developers. Hardware and Software. I hope about bringing us up and running agile as a team. It seems to be the right time now to change but I fear, that if we do it on our own, we fail. Can you imagine supporting us? I wish we could make an agile startup workshop at our facility with our current projects. Don't know if it is the best way to get startet? But sounds reasonable.
