Course rating:
Excellent
Most useful learnings:
Process of TDD, remind myself why we need tests.
Concepts v exercises:
Good balance
Presentation v discussion:
Good balance
Course improvements:
If there is more time perhaps include legacy code into workshops
Exercise rating:
Very Good
Exercise improvements:
Maybe add some code which is not a straight forward class / unit. For embedded programmers it might be interesting to deal with even more hardware specific C. But for starting out TDD they are very good.
Instructor comments:
James offers a very good insight into the TDD and his practical experience definitely helps him to expect and explain what problems may arise.
Better prepared:
Much better
Start tomorrow:
I think i can because we are starting with the new project.
Challenges to applying:
Initial environment setup and consistently applying these concepts.
