• Course: TDD for Embedded C
  • Date entered: 2016-06-07 06:52:16 UTC
  • Course rating: Very Good
  • Most useful learnings: The fact that the workflow of TDD adds a deeper understanding of what is a good API / Interface. Also, the ways to use mocks to simulate the hardware.
  • Concepts v exercises: Good balance
  • Presentation v discussion: Good balance
  • Course improvements: If I was handed a breif description of the system behind the excercises, I would only focus on TDD. I spent some time on worrying about syntax.
  • Exercise rating: Very Good
  • Exercise improvements: Information about the system.
  • Instructor comments:
  • Better prepared: Bring it on!
  • Start tomorrow:
  • Challenges to applying: A huge set of legacy code and deeply embedded systems. I'm keen to give it a try in linux device drivers.
