Course rating:
Excellent
Most useful learnings:
I learned how to better think about breaking problems down into small, easily testable, steps.
The demonstration on Day 2 was very valuable to me in learning how to fake/spy different portions of the system. These are practices I have little experience with.
Concepts v exercises:
Good balance
Presentation v discussion:
Good balance
Course improvements:
Exercise rating:
Excellent
Exercise improvements:
Perhaps more nudges. I became stuck a few times in the in-class exercises trying to understand 'next-steps' in the program, which led me to occasionally implement more steps than I should have, or not really understanding what needed to happen next.
Instructor comments:
Very helpful, and very attentive to the needs of the class.
Better prepared:
Much better
Start tomorrow:
Absolutely! Just need some more practice in application.
Challenges to applying:
Currently none. My employers are 110% behind TTD.
Other comments:
Remote delivery went very well. Good class size. No real technical difficulties on either end.
Legacy code workshop:
No
