  • Most useful learnings: From a manager's point of view, TDD allows the team to be autonomous in early phases of a project by documenting the requirements and working hypothesis as test cases.

  • Instructor comments: Very exeperienced, convincing, brings solutions applicable to the daily work. Also active on organizational questions - so important in software developement.

  • Start tomorrow: Yes but unfortunately as a manager I don't write code anymore !
  • Challenges to applying: Make sure the team doesn't get lost in writing too much tests on legacy code. Make sure they refactor the legacy code early enough.
