We already use TDD but it is nice to finally go through formal training on how to develop using TDD.

Have a way to check work with each step so if people get way off course they just don't stop working on it.
Instructor comments:
Mute us all the time discouraged some people from asking their question because they would have to get up out of their chair to unmute conference room.

Challenges to applying:
For our department we have to provide estimated hours for a project and starting off with TDD it will slow our development until we are comfortable with it. That would require more time which someone would need to pay for which could turn off customers if we provide estimates higher than they want.
Other comments:
Need more snow so there is less yard work!
