Coding standard: There is a SLB code standard, I am aware of it. Basically - write code you can describe meaningfully.

Function too long: It is too long if I cannot hold it's structure in my head (forget the beginning by the time I got to the end)

Why are you attending: 60% - my metier required this course 40% - the idea of a software "testbench" is actually really cool, I wonder how useful it is in embedded environment. I am curious.
