Favorite thing about dev: - it's not only coding, testing debug but requirement analysis, stakeholder diskussions and finding of best way to implement for customer (so the question above does not fit to reality)

Least favorite thing about dev: - more and more difficult tools and tools to wrap tools - real working together reduces when the team increases
